Hmmm, but. Do you ever eat fast food? Do you ever wonder about the poor animal on the bun? I don't know about you specifically, but most people care not an iota for the animal they are eating. Ending the life of an animal is one thing, but as a society, we will above that → glady let animals suffer through a factory style farm for a 10 cent per burger profit margin. 'Who cares how much an animal suffers! They are just a resource worth of being exploited!'

All I'm saying is that → in a society where we don't care about the pain and suffering of a conscious and sentient animal → we shouldn't be surprised when the most powerful actors among us have complete apathy for the pain and suffering of the working class. That's why it is important to remember, what goes around → comes around.
